Cancellations (Non-Recurring Model): SyllabusPro AI operates strictly on a one-time payment model. When you purchase a Pro or Premium plan, you are paying for exactly one month (30 days) of access. We do not store your card details for auto-billing, and there are absolutely no automatic renewals. Because you are never charged automatically, no formal cancellation action is required from your end. Your pro or premium features will simply expire at the end of your billing cycle unless you manually choose to purchase another month.

Strict No-Refund Policy: Because SyllabusPro AI provides immediate access to digital goods and consumes non-recoverable server-side AI processing tokens the moment you use the service, we do not offer refunds for any payments once they are successfully processed. All sales are final. Please ensure you select the correct plan before upgrading.

Delivery: Delivery of our digital service is instant. Upon successful payment, your account will be immediately upgraded to the respective tier.

By accessing and using SyllabusPro AI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

• Usage: The AI generation tools are provided for educational assistance. You agree not to use the platform to generate illegal, harmful, or explicitly prohibited content (including the analysis of religious texts, as per our platform guidelines).
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Service Availability: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, SyllabusPro AI relies on third-party AI APIs (Google Genkit). We are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by upstream provider outages.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

Your privacy is critically important to us. This policy outlines how we collect and use your data.

• Data Collection: We collect your email address, name, and profile picture (via Google Authentication) solely for the purpose of creating your account. We also store the syllabi and notes you explicitly upload to provide our service.
• Data Storage: Your data is securely stored using Google Firebase infrastructure.
• Payment Data: We do not store your credit card or UPI details on our servers. All payment processing is securely handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• Data Sharing: We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers.
